Be ready to get up as many shots as possible. We will focus on form shooting, spot shooting, shooting off the dribble, etc.
Ball Handling
We will focus on numerous moves to where they become second nature. Ball handling with heavy ball to make the moves faster and the ball handling stronger.
Passing
Focusing on how to read the floor by coming off screens and fast breaks. Learn entry passing into the post and ball placement from a pick and roll.
Defensive
We will learn on how to defend the pick and roll, one on one defense and how to play the passing lanes.
Film
Any film that you want to offer me to watch, I can sit down and dissect what we are looking for on reads. Reads for scoring, passing, etc. The best players grow by knowing what to work on from their game film.
